千トンに及ぶ雪を蓄えた低温貯蔵庫「雪室」で八年間熟成させた酒です。
三度前後という低温で長期間寝かせることにより淡麗な味わいを残しながら、なめらかで優雅な風味を持つ上質な熟成酒ができました。 The number eight carries a special meaning as there are eight peaks at the summit of the Hakkaisan Mountain from which our brewery gets its name and its brewing water. Eight is also the number of years we have matured this release of our popular junmai daiginjo snow aged sake.
With each passing year stored in our “Yukimuro”, or snow storage facility, this ultra premium sake deepens in flavor and takes on an even more velvety texture. 천톤에 이르는 눈을 축적한 저온저장고 「설실」에서 8년간 숙성시킨 술입니다.
세 번 전후라는 저온에서 장기간 잠들게 함으로써 깨끗한 맛을 남기면서, 매끄럽고 우아한 풍미를 가지는 상질의 숙성주를 할 수 있었습니다.
