It has a fruity ginjo aroma and a clear taste with a concentrated rice flavor. 정미율 40%의 야마다니시키와 쥬라쿠제 유적지의 명수 '은명수'를 사용하여, 다나카 토요토가 양조한 최고급 품질의 다이긴조입니다. 과일향 같은 향이 나는 음양향, 투명한 맛 속에 쌀의 맛이 응축되어 있습니다.
